1. Who we are

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from Akira Amsterdam and to every agreement concluded via akira-amsterdam.com.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. Images are as accurate as possible; slight differences in colour and finish may occur.

4. Agreement and payment

The agreement is concluded once you have completed your order and payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation by email.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide with your order. Delivery times are listed in our shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. The conditions are set out in our refund policy.

7. Warranty and complaints

Our jewellery conforms to the agreement and to reasonable standards of usability. Normal wear and damage caused by improper use or care are not covered by the warranty. Complaints can be sent to contact@akiraamsterdam.com; we respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can also submit your complaint via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
