Not completely happy with your order? You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving it.
How it works
- Let us know within 14 days of receipt via our contact page that you'd like to return an item.
- Send the piece back unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days of your notification.
- Once received, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Please note
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
