Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Let us know within this period by emailing contact@akiraamsterdam.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to return.

Sending it back

Return the item within 14 days of your notification to: Akira Amsterdam, Kolonel van Brienenstraat 29, 1411 TH Naarden, the Netherlands. The item must be unworn, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

Refund

We refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

Received a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 14 days at contact@akiraamsterdam.com, preferably with a photo, and we'll resolve it free of charge.
