Jewellery care

Our jewellery is made to be lived in. With a little care, your Akira pieces will stay beautiful for a long time.

Gold-tone jewellery

• Waterproof and sweatproof: keep it on in the shower, in the sea and during your workout.
• Rinse with fresh water after the sea or the pool, and pat dry with a soft cloth.
• Put your jewellery on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, so it keeps its shine.
• Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth now and then.

Resin and natural stone

• Avoid hard knocks and extreme temperatures.
• Clean with a slightly damp cloth and dry afterwards.
• Don't leave them in bright sunlight for long periods.

Storage

Store each piece separately in its Akira pouch or a jewellery box, so they don't scratch each other.
